Facebook is going through a lot of changes, and in my opinion most of them are quite annoying. I cannot take away the timeline (my biggest issue), but I have solved an issue some people are having with being able to see the Super Saver Mom posts in your news feed.
-The first tip is for you to "like" my posts, if you like the post Facebook will see you interacting with the page. This will increase the chance of you seeing my updates in your news feed.
* Go directly to the page you have liked (The Super Saver Mom Page)
* Hover you mouse over the 'liked' button. No clicking just hover there
* A drop down menu will appear and you just need to click "show in my news feed"
That is all and you will be able to see more Super Saver Mom updates!

How To Easily Hull Strawberries
It only takes a straw
**I am sure this is out there on the internet somewhere, but I credit my sister Gabi because she showed me how to do this.
Insert the straw into the bottom of the berry
Push the straw through until the straw comes out the top side
Pull the green part out of the top and the straw out of the bottom
A perfectly hulled berry!

It never hurts to ask...
It never hurts to ask. This is my motto when it comes to customer service just about anywhere. I was wandering the children's clothing section at Target (my favorite place in the whole store) and I spotted this adorable dress. I picked it up and saw that it was the perfect size and price for my 4 year old. But...it had a button missing, I really wanted it though so I decided to ask for an extra discount. When I was checking out I asked if they would discount the dress because it was missing a button and they did! I saved an additional 15% on the clearance dress and all I have to do is simply sew on a button!
Last weekend I was at a Target store (see a trend here?) that was closing down so all the clearance was an additional 75% off, basically my dream come true. I realized as I was passing the customer service desk that there was a cart full of 'go-backs'. So guess what I did next? I asked! I asked if someone could look through the cart for any clearance items for me, the wonderful associate pulled the cart out and let me look through it myself! I found a swimsuit bottom for me for just $2.49 and a shirt for my sister for only $0.52! I was in hog heaven.
Now imagine if you will how sad and incomplete my life may have been had I not asked, ok so not really, but you see my point. It never hurts to ask.
What has asking gotten you? Any discounts, deals or treasures? Pin It

Amazon Subscribe and Save
Amazon Subscribe and Save is an awesome program. When you purchase certain grocery, household and baby items on Amazon.com you can get an extra 15% off by subscribing. When you subscribe you sign up to have them automatically ship you those items every 1, 2, 3 or 6 months. What is awesome about the program is that they really don't hold you to the commitment, so after you receive the item you can log back in, go to your account and cancel your subscription. The trick is that you have to chose the months (look for the picture above on the right hand side of the screen), then click on "Subscribe Now" if you just add the item to the cart you will not get the subscription discount. Hopefully this helps!
