I thought I would offer some more detailed information about the Rite Aid +UP Rewards program. Rite Aid has a new customer loyalty card called the Wellness Plus card. When you sign up for this (free) card, you can get in-store discounts, special coupons and you can earn points which allow you certain discounts. When you earn 500 points ($500 pre-coupon) you get 10% off everyday prices at Rite Aid, when you earn 1000 points you earn 20% off everyday prices.
Along with the store discounts you can also earn +UP rewards which print at the bottom of your receipt. For example, the Old Spice was on sale 2/$7 with the Wellness Card, you would pay $7 OOP (unless you have a manufacturers coupon), then you would get back a $4 +UP reward when you buy 2 Old Spice.
The +UP rewards are valid on anything with these exceptions:
prescriptions, prescription co-pays, cigarettes, alcohol, gift cards, online purchases, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, prepaid cards, stamps, other mail services and items prohibited by law and may not be combined with other offers Your total cannot go below the value of the +UP Reward: If you have a $4 +UP Reward your total must be above $4 to use it.
You CAN use the +UP Reward to buy something that will also print a +UP Reward
Hopefully this was not too confusing, please comment if you have any questions.
